First off, I wanted sell off my apartment complex headache. 3 day notices, unpaid rents, calls about AC’s not working, property taxes etc. is not what I signed up for, I wanted to collect checks and reinvest in the existing complex and new properties, but that wasn’t going to happen the way things were going.



Gold Crown Realty has been managing my apartment complex for the last 6 months, in that time occupancy rate has increased to 100% and vacancy rate has returned to natural levels, I even have people on a waiting list when apartments come available. Rents received have gone from being 40% late to all paid up within the first 8 days, I have also raised rents! That is piece of mind, my next complex going to be managed by Gold Crown Realty. I wanted to sell off this headache, I am glad I found them; this success really makes me want to keep investing.
