Provided by YP.comIt took 2 weeks to even get someone to come out to give us an estimate. Then they were 30 mins late to the estimate appt so I had to cancel after waiting two hours. No one apologized ever during the whole process, even for being late. They basically do not know how to work professionally over the phone or give a courtesy "I'm running late" call. This alone is a true reflection of how they work or the outcome of their work, in my opinion.
