I have rented twice with Mr. Mauro Pacheco. Excellent customer service! Very fast service and polite.

Bad bad bad service there also u must wait for along time so somebody will help it take some time an hour to return a car . n every time I have reservation when I'm got there the change it or the told me that I must take a new one or a new size

They like to charge your credit card for things you did not approve. For example, cleaning fee of $75, an when I disputed it they basically said too bad. The other review on this site, about "High Class" from Katherine was posted by their employee. There are other rental car companies in the area, use this location only as a last resort and be very careful.

We just turned in a car that we got from these folks. Had it about 50 days. Everyone here was very polite and professional. Very easy to do business with. We will definately be using them again, should the need arise. In a word, HIGH-CLASS!
