I hv lived at the Las Flores Apt since 2002. A couple of weeks ago the Manager gave me a Notice GIVING ME 90 DAYS TO MOVE. I didn t Understand Why is this Happening? All I could do is Cry. The Manager 1st said D.P. didn t hv to Tell me Why. Then she said I had to much Traffic. NO I Don t. Then she said that Neighbors hv Complained. She also told me to Call and Talk to DAX. I Did. I was Told THAT IT WILL BE BETTER FOR ME AND FOR HIM IF I MOVED. What the HELL?? I hv a Problem with 1 Neighbor and that s because her Pit Bull. Her Dog Bite my Husband and Tried to Bite Me. D.P. did NOTHING about it. I hv Went and Asked most of my Neighbors If they Thought I had to Much Traffic r if I had ever did Anything that Would hv them Complain about me. THEY ALL SAID NO. I Wonder if its Because on Mothers Day I Fell and Had to Go to the Hospital. It was Only a Sprained Ankle but, a Week Later I am Given this Notice. I think John Gaddis is a Nice person. When I was able to Talk Directly to him thing where Fixed. Talking to DAX is a Waist of Time and Energy. All he Cares about is the Money. He should hv to Live in 1 of there Complexes. This is Not just a Apt to me. Its my Home. How Can U Be So Heartless. I hv been a Loyal Renter to U. ITS NOT RIGHT.

Staff is very unsupportive.
No ethics, bad morals.
Demanding on payments. No care for needs of tenants
