When making a very large order that someone will pick up for you. Do not let them write it up as a special order unless they give you a regular receipt with it. Be aware if they don't you can not get a credit on your card. Other stores can not see the information making returns at another store impossible, you can only get store credit. Returns have to be at that store only at customer service only. If you add to the order you are charged but not given a detail list just a total and no paper work tells you what it was for. Making tracking parts for a project difficult. Detailed receipts are best. Most people working in the store are slow at their jobs. Few have the knowledge to help you or help you to purchase the right size even when bringing in the parts. I was told by one person in the paint department that they can not color the 5 gal. paint as it would not fit their machine. Turns out he just didn't want to do it. There are a few very helpful people who know what they are doing and it was refreshing to meet them. My project took me back to the store almost every day for 3 weeks.
