She is a drug addict / thief and the work performed by her "employees" is sub-standard at best.
No insurance, not bonded. Cheats the IRS.
Nancy at first appearance seems nice and friendly (claims she is a "Christain") yet her true self comes out in due time. Combative, argumentative, and is "always right".
Likes to bask in the self induced glory of being in charge. Very controlling. Does not pay her employees what she promised.
