Service Advisor Patrick was very honest and helpful. He was polite and understanding of my situation. Prices are fair and the service was great. They took me home and picked my up when my truck was ready. Patrick was very helpful in finding discounts, that were very much appreciated. I trust them to be honest.

I have been taking my car to Precision Tune Auto Care for 9 years. The staff is courteous and friendly and I have never waited more than an hour for service. Each visit Manny greets me with a hug and that is the best customer service in my opinion!!

Professional, prompt, priced below competitors. I know of other shops with lower prices for SMOG services, but I'm not willing to gamble. Regular SMOG checks for my 2 vehicles were completed at this location over the last 6 years, and I always encountered quick, polite service, at the quoted price. No up-selling.

They inflate the prices. 452.6...

They inflate the prices. 452.63 to repair a broken wire is very over inflated. The other auto repair only charged about half price plus labor.

They always overcharged and raise up fee to customers for no reason.

I suggest 100% not to use their service. It's ridiculous and unacceptable price.

I'm one of their victim, want to speak up my voice to other customers before they decide to come to them.

DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU AND DON'T BE A VICTIM FOR THEM.

It's hard to find a good honest repair shop, but I found it. I brought my car in one day, saying I thought there was something wrong with the brakes, and the manager took me by the arm and showed me the brake pads. he said "Your brakes are fine, but look at these tires!" The threads were coming out! He could have easily said that not only were my brakes bad, but the tires too. I was bowled over by the honesty. Now I won't take my car anywhere else. Khareem is one of the most knowledgable people I know, and he's invaluable when I need to buy a car. They do in-depth pre-sale inspections, and the cars I bnought have been problem-free. I can't say enough about them.
