- Our office delivers state of the art chiropractic care in the El Cajon area. We also offer massage services to our patients as needed. Dr Joe is a constant student of the newest advances in Chiropractic care. This is why Dr Szafranski has been honored to serve as a chiropractor for the San Diego State Cheeleading Team, and has served as a chiropractor at the 2011 and 2012 Crossfit Games. We won't know how much we can help until you meet with the doctor, but often we can provide great relief, improvement, and resolution to our patients that walk through our doors.
