They do shoddy work. They made a fireplace from a picture but there were several pieces left off and one of the decorative pieces was crooked, they did not put back on the trim correctly either. When i contacted them about it John would not come out and look, had me send pictures then refused to contact me again. They then billed us for the final payment without our authorization. I would not use this company again.
