Writing on behalf of a family friend Isabella Holzmann. Douglas has been asked to work on behalf of the HOA for Isabella's condos to correct the plumbing issues. Experience has been the worst one ever.. Not only Doug did not show up to the countless appointments, leaving the job in the middle to attend other issues, he has done a very poor job with pipes and soldering. In the end all of this work had to be redone. Isabella lost $5000 in lost rent, additional costs as well as prolonged time to have the work be completely redone.. After Dougs incompetent work there were leaks and damage that has caused mold, fungus and damage to the floor and furniture. Dougs licence should be revoked. He should be ashamed and should return the damaged caused and should have never been paid for this work. Now Doug does not return calls, does not respond because he does not care. Beware customers..
