I was referred to Dental Arts in San Diego by a friend and I too had a wonderful experience. The entire staff at this dental office was super friendly including the dentist Dr. Nawrocki. I had put off going to the dentist for a while because of the pain (I'm a wimp) but just called and made an appointment. I told Dr. Nawrocki about my low tolerance for pain and she accommodated and was gentle. I ended up having to do a crown but it wasn't bad at all.

Everyone is always very nice. The Dentist is great. She is gentle and explains what is going to happen. She is always smiling. I highly recommend this office for any kind of dental needs you may have.

Fantastic experience as always. Work done quickly, painlessly and efficiently.

Dr Nawrocki is a very caring, helpful and considerate person. I am glad I have met her after having many dentists over the years. She and her crew are the best.

Amazing service and work. Was real nervous since I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years but they were so nice and professional they set my mind at ease.

The staff is great! They treat clients as an asset to their business and are quite friendly. The Doctors and every assistant treat me with understanding, explaining things I do not know about and perform dental work nearly pain free. Cost of work is reasonable. (:->

I enjoyed the front office staff and how they directed the functions at office (appointments, processing claims, etc.).



Then the front office staff changed and problems started - appointments were not cancelled as confirmed, billing was very, very late (to my insurance company from over 8 months previous) and the general demeanor was not as friendly.



Based upon conversations with the new staff, they did not make you feel as though they knew what they were doing. On another matter, the dentist specializing in extractions took no offense to sternly lecturing me (while I was laid back in the dentist's chair) about not having told her personally that our appointment was cancelled (I notified the new staff and they failed to notify her).



It appears the shift of the practice went to more quantity of patients, rather than quality.
