Very good experience, got more then I bargained for!

The guy was very creepy. He said things that made me uncomfortable to have him in my house alone. Overcharged my for basically vaccuming out my chimney which took all of maybe 30 min. I have done business with much better companies than this one. Won't hire them again.

i had an apt between 2-3:30pm and they called and said that they were not coming because they had a long morning and there guy was 'soaking wet' due to the rain and would not come out to keep my appointment because he was there ealier in the morning and i was not there (which they knew i would not be). then she got really upset and hung up on me when i questioned if he was going to back out.(which at this time was 1:45pm- before my apt window even began). when i called back she said she was the one in charge and it would be 'just fine' with her if i took my business elsewhere and if i contacted the bbb. not only did they not keep their appointment they were nothing but rude. i would recommend not even calling them.
