I've come here for years. The clincher was when I had a repair so expensive that I had to take out a loan to finance it. They called me next day and told me that I also had dangerous brake issues. I told them I didn't have any more money. Joe then said, "I don't feel comfortable sending you out in a vehicle in this condition. I'm going to fix it anyway, and you pay me when you can." I'm sorry, what? Sorry, everybody else, this is my shop for life!

My alignment was so bad I white-knuckled it all the way to their shop. They immediately went to work on my car and showed me that unfortunately the inner half of the two front tires had no tread depth whatsoever (I waited too long to bring it in). There was also a bolt that was so loose an accident was imminent. So thankful for their friendly and competent service. Joe is the best!

I brought my truck into Broadway automotive as a walk in client and they took it in right away to do a multipoint inspection on it. Jo and the receptionist were very friendly and informative. The inspection was 75$. I am now back in here today to get my oil changed, new tires, alignment, and a pitment arm fixed and he gave me a huge military discount along with 1/2 off alighnment! I highly recommend him and will only be bringing my vehicles here from now on! Thanks guys!

Have been bringing them my auto problems (&my friends') since moving back to CA in 2010. They have always bent over backwards to work with my time budget as well as my $$ budget. They've never let me down. I recommend them all the time. Joe, Asa, & Rod are always friendly, and honest with me---which is crucial but hard to find in car repair biz. Even my dealership tried to over charge & sell me parts my car DIDN'T HAVE or need but these guys saved me from that scam & fixed it right the first time!!!

I took my car here because my quote was a lot cheaper than two other shops in my area, they replaced my two back tires very quickly at a great price! They were very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Joe :) as a single mom its great knowing I found a great repair shop that I can trust.

Wow. I have been to quite a few mechanic shops over the years. When I walked into broadway tire it was like walking into a fully furnished home. To make matters better the people working behind the counter are not only very knowledgeable but they are also polite. They take you inside the shop and show you exactly what they are talking about. While I was waiting their was a young man who was extremely nice and kept me from thinking I had time to waste. I wish my granduaghter didn't have a boyfriend because this young man was ideal. I would reccommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a positive experience in the event that your car needs to be worked on.
