Provided by SuperpagesMy problem is with the service department, particiularly the director of the department. Last year 6/2005 my car was towed there. The tow company was provided by the 800 number listed in my owners manual, provided by volkswagon. The tow company damaged my car and the service manager wanted me to pay upfront and would not work with the tow company. Since I used the tow company supplied by volkswagon, I felt that I should not have had to pay, the service director felt other. All he cared about was getting paid, I even offered to meet him half way, but he would not budge. I also called to speak with the owner/manager of the dealership; NEVER received a call. I was without my car for a few weeks. I was given a rental, which I was told that I would not have to pay for.... when I turned the car in, I was asked for payment. The problem was eventually resolved through Volkswagon Customer Care Department. almost a year later, I'm still angry! Can't wait to get rid of my volskwagon
