I'm had them align my van. Drove straight for about 2 weeks. Some wrench left the bolts loose and I ruined 2 front new tires. I barely made it to them. I was told "just let me sell you 2 new tires!" This service manager made me wait 7 hours until they repaired the work they did! I had to get 2 new tires on the front. I bought them from them. They said they "gave" them to me at their cost... I recently moved to Edwardsville,Il.from Florissant,Mo.I bought new tires at the Dobbs Florissant,Mo. location before I moved. Today (June 29th 2009)I had my tires rotated and oil changed (I had a coupon for a free oil change) at 2466 Troy rd.Edwardsville,Il.62025. Their service was prompt,courteous and professional.
