I have gotten my gowns here for every prom and homecoming (8 times) I won't go anywhere else! I will be back for my wedding someday.

After going to two other dress shops, I was relieved to finally find a place with wonderful service and an excellent variety. Susan (I believe was her name) was willing to go above all to help me out and was absolutely wonderful. Even with her large number of orders, she promised to get me my alterations in time for prom. She was even willing to completely alter a child's pageant dress that I was admiring! Definitely going here for prom next year.

We heard about your store from a friend and decided to get a prom tuxedo from you as we had a bad experience with the place that he go it at last year. It was the best fitting tuxedo he has ever had. We will definitely be back next year.

I came in to Bridal Couture looking for a wedding gown that wasn't too expensive because I had already purchased a wedding gown several years back with my mom and with things happening in my life (such as my mom passing away). The wedding was postponed. I took the original wedding gown to another seamstress to have her look at it, as I had gained weight and the gown no longer zipped. I desperately wanted to wear it since it was a purchase that my mom and I made together. It had sentimental value to me. Since that seamstress said it was impossible, I resigned myself to purchasing another dress. I started trying on dresses at Bridal Couture and found several reasonable ones that I liked but the sales lady that was helping me began inquiring about different things, and thus, I felt comfortable opening up to her that I actually already had a gown in the car that I would really love to wear but I was told by another seamstress that it could not be altered to fit. She understood my need to include the gown purchased with my mom in my wedding and instead of just trying to sell me a new gown, she told me to bring the gown in and she would see what they could do. I did and she said they could definitely alter it to fit me. I was so happy. The best part is, they did make it fit perfectly! I ended up getting 3 bridesmaids and my tuxedos at this shop. I can't tell you how much it meant to me to have someone that listened to me and didn't just try to sell me a gown. I have nothing but good things to say about their alterations department and the salesperson that helped me.

I got so many compliments on my homecoming gown. People were literally walking across the room to ask me where I got it. I had no doubt where I was going back for prom.

I just wanted to thank you for the work you did on my daughters prom dress. After SEVEN trips to a shop in Kirkwood where her dress was purchased and altered, her dress was an ill-fitted mess and the Kirkwood shop insisted if they let out the side seams (after taking them in and out two times already and compromising the fabric and also causing the satin to feather) it should have fit better! We did not let them do any more work after that. My daughter's friend, Chelsea Dickinson was picking up her dress from your shop and my daughter went with her to your shop and brought her dress along... just in case someone at your shop could have a look at it. One of the employees there did look at it (sorry I do not know the woman's name :( ) and made the simple correction of moving a HOOK!.... and it made a world of difference! My daughter looked stunning in her dress thanks to the expert skills of the seamstress there! :) THANK YOU!

I can't thank you guys enough for doing such a wonderful job on my wife's gown. It was perfect on her.
