I have emails from him discussing (as he was allowed to talk to me per court order)treatment of someone who openly lied to him from the beginning of therapy, that he ignored court orders, documented truth, and refused to get records showing the patient was lying to him. He has said his job is to deal with the patients "perceived" reality. He implied he was not responsible to deal with the truth. By doing this he has allowed the patient to come to fully believe their own lies and deceptions thus endangering children and themselves. This patient is now under investigation for felony crimes Dr. Biersbach was told about being committed and chose to ignore. This former patient of his is a vulnerable adult who (documented admission) is around active addicts and can not stand up to them. Mr. Biersbach chose to ignore the truth and left this vulnerable adult surrounded by the people who committed domestic violence against the patient and her children. He has allowed this patient to be deceptive and dishonest pushing the patient further into their "perceived" world that leaves them surrounded by abuse and addicts.
I believe he also falsified a release of information form for the patient (again I have the emails) where he stated he did not have one signed by her and then two weeks later after xmas break he says he found it and that he does infact have one. He is either incompetent at record keeping or dishonest? If you use this person know that he will help you believe whatever it is you want to believe and feel good about it...whether its the truth or not.
