Had a problem with a heater,light, vent fan that had been used and repackaged. Called manager and he took care of the problem no questions asked.Thanks Lowes,D.KennellEdmond, Ok

Flooring department

I recently called this store to see if they still carried the flooring I needed to complete a bathroom project. The man on the phone in the flooring department looked it up an even though the style I needed was discontinued - he offered to look it up on the computer just to see if I could find it at another store in the area!



He was much more helpful than the first Lowes I called.

Now that's great customer service!
