Provided by YP.comThe train set was taken out of the box at the time of purchase and was in perfect condition. Our return policy is clearly stated on the receipt. We also offered to contact Lionel in order to fix the broken locomotive.

I had a problem with a $420 Polar Express train set that I bought for my son made by lionel and the only advice or help the salesperson offered was tocall the manufacturer. No exchanges or refunds here! Hopefully you know everything about a product and it's quality before you buy here or you'll be stuck! Not shopping here EVER again!
