I've had my car to hibdons tire in Norman, OK. And now Edmond off Danforth. I've had them put new tires on. And paid for an alignment. The car didn't even need an alignment, they had the tire on backwards. I still paid to have the car aligned. Now I'm here for the same problem a week later. Bought another REAR tire. Picked up the car yesterday around 4:30 the car is pulling so bad I can't drive it. As I still sit in here this morning. They haven't even looked at the car. Its been one hour. They act like they don't care that I've spent all kinds of money with them. And unnecessary money at that. That is all!!!!

I've had my pickup truck and my wife's car serviced many times at this Hibdon location (tires, oil change, brakes, etc). Always let us know the cost up front, and an accurate timeframe of completion. Recently I had a brake job and a differential serviced. Eight days later my differential went out, I had it towed to Hibdons. They repaired everything, showed me the damaged parts and how they were repairing it. They had to order parts, several worked on it in the heat of the day...and completed it before closing time. They were very fair to me, even in the worst circumstances...never made me feel different than any other customer even though it was repairing something they had worked on before. Did not charge me anything and offered to cover the towing cost. I'll be taking vehicles back to this location, good management in the office and the service bays.
