I agree with other that the cost he will verbally give will triple. He will refuse to provide a written estimate also or return old parts. Never will go back to be robbed again.

Being a fairly new rider, it can be intimidating to go into a place loaded with custom bikes and riders with years of experience, but the owner (Joe) was really inviting, professional, and straightforward with pricing/ the work to be done. I was already quoted about $700 by a shop in Toms River, but I got the same work done here for $545. Additionally, Joe gave me phone calls with status updates, and he was really flexible with providing available hours for pickup (he even offered to extend his day and wait if it would help my schedule). When I went to pick up the bike, Joe recognized my face and had me out and on the road within a minute. This was a great experience for me, and I'm happy to have a local shop now. On a side note, I went to this shop earlier in the year to purchase a motorcycle helmet, and the owner quickly recommended a different motorcycle shop that would better suit my needs. Honesty like that is what brought me back when I needed work done.

Very Poor Shop all kind of promises n the price n the time of getting your bike back just keeps getting higher n longer !!!

Superior cycle is a great shop. Joe answers all my phone calls personally. He explains in detail everything that needs to be done before any work begins. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my bike. Superior cycle " bikers working on bikes " plain and simple.

This shop is a ripoff...I was quoted one price and a few days for work. After 2 weeks, the price was 4 times the original amount.

I have never had someone like Joe (the owner) take the time and explain everything to me in full detail. The total price at pick up was less than the original estimate,and he was able to save me over $200. The only complaint I have is that I had to wait an extra week to get my bike fixed but it was well worth it! I know joe and bobby pretty good.One thing i know is that joe will help you as much as he can if you tell him you have a problem with cash flow . ya gotta remember he gets gets backed up on jobs because all the people that go to him . why because he good at what he does.. Dave
