Went to this place today Sunday (after reading some good review) for lunch buffet and all the items in the buffet were very cold , poor taste, less salt, no spicy (spicy level 0%). So we've decided to go for order individually, ordered mixed Tandoor it came with small shrimp 1 piece, small lamp meat (ground) 1 piece, 2 small chicken, 2 small fish piece all are no poor taste, and no spice at all and price of this order is $ 22, does it make sense?. Next ordered 2 chicken soup it came with very tiny bowl , looked greenish color which was not looked appetite and the taste was very poor(not at all worth $ 5.50 each bowl) . Since we are so hungry, next ordered chicken briyaani it came with rice mixed with some yellow chicken curry and rice with sticky & watery . I was shocked to see, it wasn't looking like Indian traditional Briyaani look and taste was much worse. Finally we end up paying $ 77 ( we are two people) for such a crape food. I'm totally disappointed and I never visit again.

I am Indian, My name is Ashish Pandey, I am Basically from Mumbai ,india and I regularly have Indian food outside. I've been to other Indian restaurants in the area and had a decent experience ,I wanted the best Indian food for my wedding because my Wife's parents are from India and we picked in this Indian Restaurant in down town because we have tried many Indian restaurants and we found this restaurant to be the best amongst the lot. The on site tandoor with exceptional decoration and live sitar and tabla music and buffet setup we loved it all. When we went to the restaurant to settle the bill we were asked to share our experience with others and I thought of writting on the net. I can not thank anymore when I told the owners to give special attantion because I want my mother in law to be impressed and she was really impressed and I am glad we picked this indian restaurant to cater the wedding.The customer service was great.

It is a good restaurant for Non vegetarian Indian food. Though it is a very small place with less parking space, I love the Tandoori chicken and chicken tikka there. The chicken biryani is delicious. Price is reasonable. $ 10 perhead for buffet was catchy.Whenever I feel like having a rest, we buy 2 chicken biryani + tikka for $8.99 totally. Nice deal. Must to try.

The food was good. No crunchy naan.

Overall the best expeience in Indian cuisine in Central Jersey.

Wonderful food and great ambience! I like to go there on weekdays rather than weekends as it gets too crowded on weekends for the buffet...but love it for ambience and food quality.

Had heard a lot about Moghul and drove 25 miles for a good meal. Absolutely dissapointing experience. The wait staff could not make up for the tasteless food served.
