This happened to have been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I don't think they even understood the term "customer service" They overcharged my credit card and I am now having to file a dispute against them. The corporate office was just as useless! The hotel was far from clean and also carried a very strong and undesirable smell! Never again will I recommend or stay at any of their hotels!
