Craig responded very quickly to diagnose and address the faulty drainage of my furnace humidifier. Drainage pipes were backing up into the furnace preventing proper ignition and had to be replaced. Craig shut down the humidifier eliminating water source, so we could safely have heat that evening. The very next day two crew members Kenny and Paul properly configured and replaced the pipes and fittings so all is working as it should.
I appreciate Craig’s honest accurate assessment and the quality and value of the work performed. Highly recommend this company! Thanks again.

Installed new AC and Heating system in home. The Heating system was not properly designed and will not pass inspection.

1) The AC unit is not grounded and will not pass inspection.

2) The PVC pipe venting for the heating now sticks out at eye level out the back of the home. He should have picked a unit with a lower discharge point, but he figured that out after he installed the unit. Now have a bare PVC pipe sticking out into the yard and a 2 square ft hole in the laundry room sheet rock.

3) Makes appointments and never shows up.

4) Fails to provide rebate paper work to submit to the electric company.
