We paid $18000 for an HVAC system that doesn’t work properly. We paid an unknown amount of money for plumbing that was improperly done and now our master bathroom tub can’t be used because it leaks, which we didn’t realize until it came through the ceiling under the tub. And our pipes to our master bathroom freeze when it’s cold outside. So I have a faulty HVAC, a ruined ceiling, a useless tub and frozen pipes. Charlie Ortts said he wanted the opportunity to make it right. He sent one of his guys out and I haven’t heard from him since. My guess is that he realized how bad his work is and how expensive it’s going to be to fix and is trying to avoid me. Don’t waste your money here. There are other contractors out there who will do a better job and stand behind their work.
