Just had our consultation and first treatment. Both Alfredo and Rueben were extremely friendly, courteous and focused on customer service. Hoping the treatments work because this crew was wonderful to work with!

Just as many spiders as before any app. Will not use this co. again. We used bug miester before. Not sure of spelling. They put one one and only one app. and we never saw a spider web all summer.

Shawn Gruebele did a great job and was very thorough in taking care of the insects we are getting around the house. Thank you Shawn for being very professional and taking your time explaining to me what you were doing.

Eric W. was our service pro. He left our fence gate open and our dog got out. We looked for a long time for him. Luckily someone saw our little Yorkie wandering the neighborhood alone and took him home with them. We were not happy to say the least! Also, product was left on our driveway that we had to clean up. We won't be using this company again.

Amelie Judson was prompt and courteous. I felt badly that he had to walk through heavy deep snow, but he did not complain. Great service

The technician Chris Lefor came out to provide the service on time and on the date of the text sent. He was very professional and courteous. As a bonus he gave me some tips on how to use vinegar to help with pop up weeds and the boxelder bugs during this time frame. Very happy with the service. Thank You -- Bob Z.

Andrew Wotring of Aptive arrived for a special request on a Saturday and cleared a ground wasp nest to improve the safety of landscaping workers engaging on work in close proximity to the nest. He was on-time, quick and courteous. Thanks Andrew!

During a recent quarterly visit, Matt N. went that extra step and removed a recently killed wasp nest and all the dead wasps on the porch. Thanks.

I’ve had various pest control companies for the past 13 years. I’ve never had any person as thorough as Shawn Gruebele was today. He explained the differences between moles and voles (we’ve had both) and what could be done for each. He was extremely kind and courteous too.

Pros:The service individual was very pleasant to work with and showed up ready to work.
Cons:We still have many spiders, ants, and wasps around the house after three applications.
Our stone steps were broken by the agent. Aptive's customer loyalty specialist agreed over email to pay for the cost to fix the steps and stated no matter the cost over the phone.
Estimates ranged 5k by licensed contractors to install new steps. Aptive consulted with licensed contractors to disprove the professionalism of the installed landscape and find a way out after learning the price. It was stated that those steps would be impossible to break from walking but the guy (I do not mean to be offensive) weighed over 300lbs (Force = Mass x Acceleration). Aptive hinted at non-licensed individuals fixing the steps but we wanted a professionally licensed contractor to fix the steps.
Aptive stated after their investigation that the steps were installed improperly based off of a photo; We provided a photo after piecing our steps back together as we had just moved into the home and had no previous photos.
After the investigation, the Regional Manager emailed us and stated "we have come to the understanding that a improperly installed landscaping can be a dangerous risk to both homeowner and those employed at the property. We are grateful that the Service Professional was not injured at your property due to these steps".Aptive has declined to fix the steps.Instead of helping their customers Aptive sought to disprove liability and turn things around on the customer stating safety concerns on the property. Aptive's mission is "We responsibly protect your family and the environment. We believe we don’t just kill bugs; we make life easier, homes safer and businesses more productive." Aptive has made life harder for us instead and we still have many bugs on the property. Aptive has gone against its mission and core values.

Very happy with the tech service today. Joe Sullivan listen to all my concerns and treated for ants, removed 2 wasp hives and removed spider webs from the garage. I appreciate his extra help to keep my home pest free and his friendly service. Thank you Joe!

I was pleased so far with the service. My technician Mike Gierke was on time, completed the job, and again explained what he would do in this first visit. After he was done he made sure to tell me how long to wait before going on the lawn which I appreciate since I have dogs.

Steve Hubbard was the onsite tech. He fully explained what he was going to accomplish during application and answered our questions since this was our first time using Aptive. After completion, he again stated in writing what was accomplished and restated that Aptive would come back out to eliminate any issues that may arise before the next scheduled application. Professional and thorough.

Steve Hubbard came out to apply our first treatment. He took down 7 wasp cones and sprayed for ants. We have never had a pest control service and hope this company can take them down.

We had Steve Hubbard out to our home for the first treatment. He was very nice and professional. He even took the time to look into a specific issue we were having with an insect problem on the windows. We are excited to see our results!
