He obviously knows his stuff. He spouted very detailed info and I checked it. It was correct. He came out once, said it needed cleaning. He spent a large amount of time cleaning, but charged me reasonable amount. It did it again, he came out to diagnose (charged me) - said it needed a new seal. The part came in - he installed. (Checked part cost compared to other sites and it was high - must have included installation - ok). As he was doing it, I suggested glueing the seal in, since it kept coming out. He didn't. It came out again. He isn't returning my calls. Samsung Drawer freezer seal issue.
