KImberly was appointed to represent a second offense owi, Note that this charge is an A.M. not a felony, that holds a max penalty of two years in prison. Her client pleaded guilty and didn't take it to trial and cost Bremer County money for a trial. If he would have fought it with a good lawyer and lost the most he could have gotten would be a max of two years. I just checked thinking she would atleast put in for a reconsideration since the covid 19 flooding our jails but nope way to lazy to do that. If you ever get her for court appointee fire her from the start or sher will fight for you to get the max sentence. She should work as a lawyer's assistant until she figures out get a plea, lady that means he agrees to plead guilty for a reduced sentence to save the county money. Hello a fist grader woiuld have fought better for him. Sorry if i hurt your feelings but you had to be told so yoiu can work on it.
