Thanks to Ben my shoulder felt better from the first visit to his place in Eden. I had limited mobility thanks to an ice hockey injury. I'm back to doing what I enjoy. No pain. And Ben gave me a plan to strengthen my shoulder as well as other areas that I was worried about.

Was very knowledgeable and easy to get scheduled. My shoulder started feeling better the first visit. Ben was also able to help me put together a long term plan to avoid this and other sports injuries in the future. Highly recommend.
