Elbia and her crew are fantastic. They are hard working and thorough. If anything does go wrong Elbia will make it right. I highly recommend her services!

This company sucks. Don't use it. That's all.

Caution: I used Elbia's company to clean my home for almost one year in 2008-2009. Sadly, some of her employees stole some very valuable and sentimental jewelry from me. A police report was filed, but it was very difficult to get the true facts from the workers as they do not speak English and everything must be translated through Elbia. My caution is to never allow employees into your home who do not speak or understand English and that you cannot communicate with directly. Also, clearly have specific areas that they are never to enter or clean and make that known to the workers. That is your only assurance of being able to challenge the employees when items actually go missing.
