I have had nothing but EXTREMELY positive dealings with Becklund Jewelers. We have been doing business with them for a few years now and have have a vintage watch repaired, a watch rebuilt, pearl jewelery repaired as well as purchased a few very unique pieces from them. I would high suggest Becklund Jewelery store to anyone! The service is hard to beat as is the selection and the value!

very poor customer service and no guarantee on the work. If they fix something that falls apart 2 months later, you are on your own. I had a very bad experience with getting a watch fixed. They "fixed" the hands, only to have them fall off again. When I called, they said that it was out of their control. I would strongly recommend going to a more reputable jeweler who takes pride in their work.
