Overall, the people are nice. I donated my hair recently there, they send it in for you, that's cool. But I got my hair cut super short, shorter than I wanted it to be. The lengths both sides were uneven, it slanted in the back to make two different lengths on both sides of my head. How lovely. So now I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed, but it's already too short! Also, remind them for the 20% off discount if you donate your hair. But hey, it's cheap!
