I must say that I am OCD and have always made it difficult to be able to ever give anyone a 5 star rating. Adam, please take a bow. From the estimate process to your direct (sometimes blunt) explanations and overview of what type of service I should expect you were "that guy". I remember even telling you not to say things you can't deliver. As an attorney I had done extensive research on movers etc. now enough on you. The 6 men team you provided were efficient, courteous, and even funny ( at times). Packing wrapping and protecting my furniture as if they owned it themselves. For 3 days they made this stressful and frightening experience simple and easy. Please send my thanks to your entire organization from Dee In the office to the men everything was done with above expectations. I appreciate the entire job and pride taken to do it. Again our gratitude and appreciation as well as our "well spent money". Five stars is an understatement.

Broken one metal out door chair . One metal cabinet one broken metal base to a lamp broken frames and I packed these items in double bubble wrap . Very rough on furniture scratches and dents . DO NOT USE

What a horrible experience! Eli came out to our old home to assess how many men/trucks they would need. We agreed to 2 big trucks and 7-8 men and they would arrive at my home at 8:00am ane be out by 1:30pm. Well first of all, one truck had shown up at 9:20am. The next truck at 9:40. THEY SHOWED UP WITH 6 MEN. These trucks were not the size Eli had led me on to believing they would be. I had 2 pickup trucks, a trailer, and a big SUV. Well the 2 pickups, and the trailer had to be loaded 3 times and brought stuff to the new house. Well, once the men got done with there smoke breaks, bullshi**ing, and loading. They ran out of room in the trucks. this was at about 3:00PM. The walkthrough on my old home was scheduled for 2:00PM.They were SUPPOSED TO BE DONE BY 1:30PM. We were livid. To then find out that they ran out of room and left behind my 2 fridges, washer, dryer, and other garage tool boxes they had to send another truck!! This truck took over an hour to get to my house. So, when the 1950's piece of Sh*t truck came with ONE guy who was about 18, and the truck had no lift, I had lost all hope in this company. Another guy showed up 20 minutes later. If my neighbor and I had not been there to help, I am pretty sure these men would have left my stuff at the old house because they were weak as f**k! By the time we got out of the old home it was 6:45PM!!!!!!! The new home buyers were very angry! I had moved to a new construction home and Eli and I agreed at our meeting that the moving trucks could not go in the driveway because it could void our warranty. Well, I pull up to the new house (where the other 2 moving trucks were unloading) and a fully loaded moving truck is IN MY DRIVEWAY!!! I told them that the next truck CANNOT be in the driveway. Well, guess where I found the second truck after the first one was unloaded? IN MY FU**ING DRIVEWAY!!! These men were not professional, taking time to charge their phones and smoke. (I found smoke buds on my lawn the next morning) One told me he was a tractor driver, another told me he was in the army, and by the looks of the others they were just picked up on a corner somewhere. It took them over 3 hours to unload the trucks. By the end of the day I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy!!! They were late, unprepared, lazy, and unprofessional.

I had use them to move from NY to GA, what can I say more? Great price, service and delivery on time. very pleasant people and company. could not ask form more. they moved my 4BR house complete packing into 53ft truck to GA. nothing broken. Good Job !!!
