Great prices! I only wish I could post a picture of my truck. And they have a awesome waiting area! Just ask for J.D or Rick. I have been doing business with them for years .

I have no particular review for WOW, not having used them before. But I find it more than a little suspicious that one of their glowing reviews (Frank2945) is done by a "customer" whose other reviews include bad reviews of four Mickey Shore and Cartunes sites. Just how many cars do you own "Frank"?

Thank you for the quick service on my vehicle 10/02/2012. The Gentleman, Ron Miller, was precise and very knowledgeable in solving the problems with my alarm system. This was after a year of no problems, no questions, just great service, five minutes, and the system was returned to proper operating specks, my hats off to you Sir... Robet Talbert.

Called them to ask for an upgrade on my car alarm, and they remembered me after being there over a year ago! Very willing to help with anything I needed. Did a great job with the installation. I would reccomend this place over any overpriced Mickey Shores ect. anytime!

wow electronics is the place to shop for custom car audio or security.we deal directly with the owners.they give you personal service and will work with you on price.i recommand them to anyone.i was a mickey shorr before but again will i shop their again.what a joke they are!

When the factory radio in my 2000 Jag XJ8 failed, I took it to these folks.



It was quickly obvious that they were way out of their depth and clearly incompetent. ( I know a thing or two about electronics - I have been practicing and teaching Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in audio, for more than 40 years.)



After much consultation and head-scratching, they finally quoted $1500 and several days to complete "such a complex installation".



Then I went to Mickey Shore on Harper - they installed a wonderful new JVC radio for about $120 in less than 2 hours.



Don't allow these amateurs anywhere near your car or wallet!

Do not do business with WOW Electronics! I guess true to their name, the only wow you experience is the poor quality of service they provide. I also found them not to be forthcoming with the truth as to what was actually the problem. Avoid at all cost!

Beware!!! They don't even deserve 1 star! I sent them my GM navigation unit to be repaired, they had it for 4 weeks before they even gave me a diagnosis. The diagnosis was completely incorrect, I doubt they even looked at the radio! They also quoted me an outrageous price to fix the wrong thing! Then it took them another 2 weeks to send it back to me after I told them I didn't want it repaired. Once I received it, I noticed they also kept my map dvd, which they will not return to me. I strongly recommend finding another company to do business with as these people will likely rip you off!
