We were never waited on the way other people were. They took they're time with other people, helping them try on glasses, finding the right shape. To us they told us which cabinet to find glasses in. I think because we have lower end insurance or we're on older couple. I won't return to black and white

I've been to many optical stores and just added this place to my short list. Ray at the Eastpoint location v. helpful and knowledgeable with good pricing authority is top notch and deserves mention and referrals. Great service, great attitude and pleasure doing business. Highly recommended!!

I have always used Black and White they have great prices and my Ray Bans look great.

I purchased a pair of Micheal Kors less than a year ago and the lens fail out. I am disappointed with this situation especially since it cost so much.

my daughter goes to this black and white optical so far its good I do not have no problem with them.
