Last week their guy Chris worked on my central air. He said the motor was bad. I replaced it yesterday only to find that now nothing ran. Their office said I would get a service call yesterday. Around 7pm their manager called me and said there have been problems about their office rep not getting calls out to the repairmen. . When I voiced my mistrust to their manager this morning about Chris damaging something that ended in their manager hanging up on me. I said I found Chris unsure of himself and unable to explain the technology he was working with clearly.

Today a Stipes repairman found in about 5 minutes that indeed the control fuse was blown. replaced, and all was running perfectly.

In short, how much worse could Union Fuel have dealt with this?

I had a great experience working with Union Fuel Company in Easton, PA. John is very knowledgeable and professional. Throughout the job they were able to keep my house clean, which was greatly appreciated. I have told some people about them already.
