Fantastic All Around! Friendly service, Great Food. They go above and beyond when we have had private events here (and we have had many). Just Fabulous! Coconut Shrimp & Lamb Lollipop Appetizers - To Die For!

I have been to the River Grill twice now, the first time with my wife and the second we brought another couple with us. Both experiences left us extremely satisfied. Shrimp appetizers and spring roles were both great. I had the filet and she had the swordfish the first time we went. For our second visit I went with the chicken and vodka sauce and she went with the scallops. Im not big on seafood but she said they were phenominal. The group we went with on our second visit loved the experience as well, although I dont remember what they decided on. The only reason we are giving four stars instead of five, is because it can get a little loud in the back room where we like to sit so we can see into the kitchen, but as far as the food goes, and experience as a whole, definitely five stars. Ashame you cant give a 4.5 star review. We will definitely be going back to the River Grille to do some more exploration of their menu.

When we leave the River Grille it is always with a feeling of satisfaction. First - the friendly professional service - they remember your favorite foods and drinks - and many of the staff have been there for years. The decor is upscale modern without any pretense. But it is the food the is the primary attraction and keeps us coming back. You just can't get a bad meal. Drinks are good too, and reasonably priced, but again, it's all about the food. Not only is it well prepared, inventive and delicious, but special requests are graciously carried out. For example: on a few occasions I've ordered the wonderful house salad of mixed field greens, blue cheese, mandarin orange and nuts, but also requested they add sliced roast duck (which is offered as an entree) to the salad - the reply has always been "no problem, how would you like the duck?" The location is perfect for pre-or post State Theater shows, or the first Saturday of each month when many downtown galleries are open into the evening. Again- if it is culinary satisfaction you seek, look no further, chances are you'll find any number of friends already there.
