Seems to have decent service, nice clean facility, but their billing practices are archaic.. Went there twice in feb 16' both times I paid at the counter and they said they would bill me if there were any insurance issues. Then I get a call from a collections agency a few months later. turns out I owe them about a hundred bucks, no problem I pay the bill. Then they sent the same collection agency after me for a $50 late fee.. turns out they messed up my zip code and have been sending the bills to the wrong address. The staff in Easton location were apologetic and said they would waive the late fee because they typed in the wrong adress..now the collection agency has posted on transfax and damaged my credit rating... and BEST NEWS EVER.. patient first apologizes for their staff giving me the wrong information and states that they will collect my $50 late fee, even though they admit to sending the bills to the wrong address.. Basically unless I pay, my perfect credit score will continue to suffer... all because of a clerical error that patient first admits to have made.. Needless to say, I will not be going back there.
