Can't recommend this place enough. Took my car in to have it detailed and get rid of some dirt on the cloth seats that I couldn't get off myself. Not only did they get the dirt that I couldn't get, they also managed to get rid of four-year-old water stains that I assumed would never come out, as well as red paint out of a dent in my white car from another car's door hitting mine three years ago. Their detailing services far exceeded my expectations for the price and the guys and Ashley were some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Highly recommended!!

I was looking for a good truck that could tow and handle snow; since I am moving out west. I came upon a post from Living Stone on craigslist and checked it out. The owner, Robert, is very friendly and allowed us to take our time checking out the vehicle. We got it for a good price and the truck is fantastic! I thought it was an R title when I receieved it, but Robert assured me it was not and he truly does only sell clean title vehicles. It was a great experience, and Robert and his wife are really wonderful people. I would highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a great used car at an affordable price!

I would like to start off by saying this place has really set the bar beyond reach for the superior customer service they dish out each and every time I have dealt with them. Being born and raised in Easton, I have bought MANY cars from numerous "buy here pay here" spots and NEVER have had as much confidence as I have had with Living Stone. Rob and Leslie run a very efficient and professional business there with an extremely friendly atmosphere. Not only that, but you can rest assured that they are not giving you junk...they ensure all their vehicles undergo high-quality maintenance before being sold, all the way down to replacing known "trouble" parts on specific cars even if that part is still in working order. When you buy a car "as-is", you sign a paper acknowledging the seller assumes no responsibility for anything wrong with the car once you drive it off the lot...even with this being said, Rob and Leslie still give the opportunity to purchase a very reasonably priced warranty, and even WITHOUT the warranty, they are NOT going to leave you stranded without options. Cars are not made to be 100% unbreakable, so stuff happens. Your car can be running just fine one day, and you can wake up the next morning and go start your car, only to realize your altenator is shot...it happens...what makes or breaks a dealership is how THEY handle the situation when you call them and let them know what happened. And not ONCE have I ever been shunned by Rob or Leslie, not once have they never not answered their phone or not called me back, I honestly can say I have not one complaint with this team. Almost a year after I bought my car, I called Rob, in tears, to tell him my battery had died and I was in a parking lot and didnt know what to do. This man dropped what he was doing, came to where I was immediately, jumped my car, and even offered to buy me another battery!!! What place can you tell me has done this anywhere else? NONE. If I am late or short on a payment, I am never scared to pick up the phone to call them or even show my face in the office, and I feel like an individual person when I walk in there and someone that works in the detailing garage even knows me by my first name. The type of comfort and stability I feel when dealing with this company is rare to find anywhere else in the entire Lehigh Valley. They are truly a hidden gem and I am positive I will not attempt to even purchase another car anywhere else as long as they are in business. Anyone else that thinks this place is anything short of ABSOLUTELY AMAZING has unfortunately been a victim of their own foolishness.

Bought a car here and only a couple days later started having trouble. The troubles did not end, it was one thing after the other until I finally had enough. Robert who is the owner is a GREAT talker, he talks himself up like nothing I ever seen, but when you have problems with the car and get (rightfully so) angry and frustrated he shuts off the charm and the real him comes out. He forgets you are the customer (maybe because he has your signature and check already) and he moves quickly onto aggression and tells you to fix it or give it back- how dare you be angry that I Sold you junk! (that is his stance).

Very frustrating, I lost a lot of money and I know these places are geared towards people with no credit or bad credit but please do not do it, you think you are in a bad situation now - trust me if you get a lemon like I did you will be in a worse position.

Fast talker, Super nice and friendly and full of junk until push comes to shove.

His detailing looks nice, I will give them credit for that cause the car was spotless when I got it but for sales he is a HUGE fail in my case.

Anyone who can sell a single mother of 3 a car and take over 3k between down payment, monthly payments and repairs and not even give them back one dollar after nothing but hassle and problems is not a good person. Actions speak louder then words and I hope no one else finds out like I did.

He covered his back coming and going with all the papers I signed saying he had a right to keep all money but had I found one bad review on him I would not have shopped there, so I am hoping that some one else can learn from my mistakes and take heed to this review and run.
