I've never had a bad experience at Kasper's. They are the go to place to get my pool water tested and then re-mediated. I've tried to shop around for things like gate valves only to find that they break after two years. I brought it to Kasper's and the young guy there said, yeah, the gate valves are not the right way to go. He gave me a ball valve for a little more money then I could get it for on line, but then I got EXACTLY what I needed with the right fittings right there and then. I've never needed something that they didn't have.

I have used Kasper's a few times now, and I have had mixed results. Like the other reviews say, Kasper's has a great selection and decent prices. However depending on the employee working your experience can be either friendly and helpful, or downright horrible. I have had the same results several times so I have started to use other Lehigh Valley Stores.
