Mr. Hanna was punctual, courteous, and professional. I've had many years of experience with this company and I must say that Mr. Hanna is the best technician to come to my home. I would recommend Mr. Hanna's services to anyone.

They are the absolute WORST. I had a new heating system installed a few years ago, I had nothing but problems. I had more service calls (no less than 10) ,different technicians, factory reps, they even called another company to fix the issues they couldn't figure out. After three years of problems, plus damage to my home, (they over humidified my home causing mold in the window sills, damaged my hardwood floor) I refused to deal with them. This past winter I had to replace the gas (propane) furnace, 7 years after I purchased because it basically rotted out due to it being installed incorrectly from the beginning with the way the venting and/condensate was set up. Bear in mind, this gas furnace is the back up/auxiliary to my heat pump, not even my main source of heat or hot water.I called to complain and stated they were responsible and asked what they were going to do. I was in contact with the general manager, Roy Young, between phone calls and emails ( a minimum of 6 times), I was patient while they dealt with the cold winter, giving them the benefit of being busy. Mr. Young told me repeatedly they would make good on it some how, he wasn't sure what, but they would stand behind it, and he was having conversations on the matter with the owner (Henry) After 6+ weeks of waiting, today I was told they will not do anything for me. They refused to honor their word or stand behind what they did.Do yourself a favor, call anyone else in the area for your heating and/or air conditioning needs. DO NOT USE EDWIN STIPE. they will take your money, cause more problems than they solve, and then refuse to stand behind their work (incompetency).

First had them inspect my steam heat system before I purchased the house, "all good just one leaking valve that needs to be replaced" charged me two or three hundred to replace the valve as the piping is over 100 years old. Then hired them to put in a bathroom. Every time someone came for the bathroom it was a different guy, who complained about the quality of work the previous guy did. Had a leak, they fixed the leak but refused to pay for the damage to the first floor ceiling. Back to the heat system. turns out all was not even close to good. House has a two pipe heat system with two vents on the return lines, one was stuck open the other stuck shut. As a result I had water hammer and was never able to maintain pressure. I've also since replaced every steam trap and every valve on the system, will never hire these clowns again.

These guys have been our plumbing go to people for plumbing and heating since the 70's My parents started using them way back then! Always fast friendly and professional. A+ Service. Very honest and trustworthy.
