Supposedly a package was delivered to me on July 22, 2016. The truth is I never received them. They contained XX rays from Dr. Gerdes pffice on New York City. As a result I had to call the docor's office again and have them reissued. I need these as I am seeing my surgeon next week. Is it somewhere in the Easton office???

Absolutely terrible experience and terrible customer service. If you want to be yelled at and called a liar by the manager after their driver fails to meet you at the location of their choosing (after refusing to deliver for two days, when both FedEx and USPS delivered) then I would suggest going to this store. If you would like to be treated like your business is valued, I would suggest somewhere else for your shipping needs! I finally gave up on getting my packages. Absolutely ridiculous!
