We moved to Maryland and settled in Chance Hope Farm in St. Michaels. Our realtor told us that we needed a house built by Daffin which we did and are entirely pleased. All Daffin personnel were very professional, well qualified, trustworthy, honest and provided excellent value for the dollar spent. They offered useful ideas during design and on-time construction and maximized the appearance and overall house quality. Construction was accomplished using experienced, competent and skilled craftsmen in conjunction with numerous mock-up's of finish details to facilitate visual understanding of finished products. They recently installed a beautifully finished living room and kitchen wood floor. We would hire them to do work again without question. Numerous other contractors that have built in our development have had many major problems whereas the three Daffin-Built houses here have had only a few minor punch list items that have all been taken care of quickly and without questions.

We looked for property on the Eastern Shore for years; when we found what we wanted in 2004, our search changed to looking for a builder. Frank E Daffin was one of five we interviewed, and we continue to be thankful that we chose them. At the time we lived more than two hundred miles distant; visits to the job site were often weeks apart. From the very beginning of the project to its completion we were rewarded by Daffins attention to our requirements, their unfailing commitment to high quality, and their completely reliable judgment and skill. The process was enjoyable and fully satisfying. Our house was delivered to us on time, on budget, fully functional and spotlessly clean. We wholeheartedly recommend Frank E Daffin to anyone seeking a reliable and competent builder.
