P. Willis Construction, Inc. was founded in 1951 by Robert P. Willis Sr., who operated the company until his retirement in 1987. The current company president, Phillip Willis, started his career in 1979 and purchased the company in 1987. As the owner and operator, Phillip Willis maintains direct contact with each customer, from estimating each job through job completion. Based in Eastford, Connecticut, P. Willis Construction, Inc. provides services to the residential, commercial, industrial and municipal markets in Northeast Connecticut. Past customers include numerous local towns, churches, schools, developers, homeowners and universities. With seven full-time employees and fully bonded and insured, we are prepared to handle your paving, excavating and drainage needs with the highest quality craftsmanship, at competitive pricing. All employees are OSHA 10 certified and combined, have decades of experience.
