DO NOT call this service center. I called for a dishwasher fix 2 months ago, was told the part would be in within 10 days, and if not, a fix could be fashioned easily enough. Over two months and 5 inquiries later, they still insist the part is not available nor is it possible to obtain information about its status. Finally, today I called Miele myself I was told the part could be shipped in 2-3 days -- it has been in stock the entire time! I have read similarly negative reviews from other customers.
