The Sky Knights are a sport parachute club that have been training first jump students for nearly 50 years. Some of our current members have been here since the beginning! Skydive Milwaukeeâ„¢ is the dropzone owned and operated by the club in East Troy, WI. We are the only Skydive Milwaukee on the web that is an actual, physical business. Watch out for impostors peddling expensive "gift-certificates" for unnamed locations. In 1963, a group of skydiving pioneers, pooling their resources to buy a plane and rent a hangar, formed the Sky Knights Sport Parachute Club in East Troy, WI. They shared efforts and expenses, and taught others to skydive to share the fun. Eventually the club outgrew the hangar, moving to today's spacious, climate-controlled facility adjacent to a paved runway. In 2002, we opened a 2-story lounge/deck addition. In 2005, we became the first midwest dropzone to fly the new PAC-750XL, a 14-passenger turbine aircraft designed for skydiving. Now called Skydive Milwaukee, the dropzone is still operated by the Sky Knights. All aspects of managing the facility, aircraft, pilots, instruction, equipment, office staff, technology, marketing, safety, events, etc. are performed by dedicated club members. As the sport evolves, so do we. Yet our purpose remains to be the most welcoming, confidence-inspiring, fun-having dropzone around. We invite you to enjoy yourself as guests at our second home.

I can't say enough good things about Skydive Milwaukee.



I've done two tandems there. Once with a group of co-workers, and another with my 18-year old son (because I loved it so much)



Both times we were treated really, really well. We didn't have to wait very long and our tandem instructors came and got us (after we had watched a safety video and filled out some paperwork).



The instructors went over what would happen with us (the equipment, plane ride up, skydive details, landing, etc.) and answered all of our questions. They were very professional but also light hearted and helped us all stay relaxed. Same thing on the plane, they were light hearted but very serious about safety and answered all our questions and gave us clear instructions on what and what not to do.



The scenery at this place is AMAZING. It's in western Waukesha county and from the airplane on a clear day you can see Milwaukee, Chicago, Racine, Kenosha and more. The landing area is also very large and comfortable.



It's hard to describe a skydive. It's like the best, fastest roller coaster you've ever been on followed by a soft, slow, floating flight down overlooking beautiful lake country scenery. There are lakes, farms, rivers, hills, towns, and nature to look at. It was amazing and beautiful to take it all in (one of my favorite parts).



The staff, facility, plane, and everything else was very well maintained and the bathroom is super clean (whatever, I have OCD).



There is also a very nice covered area, outdoor area, and a roof for your family and friends to enjoy viewing the plane and your skydive. They can watch you land, see the plane up high, etc. My wife and kids loved it. I also got he video package which was awesome watch later and they make it available on the web so you care share it with your friends on Facebook or whatever.



For me, this place got me hooked on skydiving. Since then I've done it a bunch of times and gotten my license.



I highly recommend Skydive Milwaukee for anyone looking to do either a tandem or learning how to skydive. It's second to none.

We're located right off I-43, just 1/2 hour southwest of Milwaukee. Exit at Highway 20, then go north on L. We're right up the road from the municipal airport.
Amenities
We have the warmth and personality of a close-knit small-town dropzone, with the comfort and amenities of a large skydiving center. We have restaurants, hotels, campgrounds, convenience and grocery stores, pubs, and even lake access all within a 5-minute drive. Our location adjacent to the East Troy Municipal Airport and its long, paved runway allows us to jump year-round and to use larger aircraft. The clubhouse facilities feature air-conditioned classrooms and social areas, real restrooms and showers, a large covered packing area, beverage and snack vending, and video equipment. The front office provides information and sales of tickets, gift certificates, clothing and equipment. Forgot your goggles, gloves, hook knife? We can help. Several club members are equipment dealers and can order everything from complete skydiving rigs, canopies, helmets, and altimeters to custom-fitted jumpsuits.
