I purchased a pair of ugg boots for my daughter on December 6th from starting gate. My daughter loved the boots until the inside started to rip. I took the boots to an ugg store where I live in NJ and I was told the boots were fake!!! I then spoke to the manager at Starting Gate and I was told they weren't fake and to ship them to ugg which I did. I spent $140 on the boots and $15 to ship them tonight only to find out what i already knew, I WAS SOLD FAKE UGG BOOTS BY STARTING GATE SKI SHOP!!! I have a letter from ugg and a receipt from the store if anyone would like proof that they sell fake uggs!!! Starting gate says I am a liar and never purchased the boots there. Please e mail me at cvanname12582@gmail.com and I will gladly send you the letter from Ugg and proof of purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! THEY SELL KNOCK OFF BOOTS ANYWHERE FOR MUCH LESS THAN $140
