Every year I spend at least a few thousand dollars at this place on eyeglasses for myself and my kids. For the last few months, I kept getting a letter from them stating that I owe them $19.
Every time I would call them they couldn't figure out where this amount was coming from and this week I received a letter from a collecting agency for this amount.
A simple courtesy call would have sufficed. So much for customer service...
It looks like the right-hand doesn't know what the left-hand is doing at this place.

Had a great experience. Dr. Willis was very professional impressing me with his knowledge and appearing to take a great concern for my well being. His assistant also was very personable; Demonstrating a knowledge in what she was doing and using care while treating me. The wait time was quicker then I expected due to the high volume of customers. The front desk called me back when we accidentally got cut off during a initial call.
My daughter also went there with the same result. I'd highly recommend the place. It is however a little confusing as to what door to go in when you get there. And the parking lot appears large but spaces were at a minimum?

Unprofessional as it gets. Treat you as if your time is valueless. I remember Dr Young when he cared about patients. Now you can't even talk to him. I fired him today I refuse to be treated that way by anyone
