GUYS STOP BEING SUPER MEAN MAYBE I HAVE SEEN YOU GUYS BEFORE OR NOT BECAUSE THE OWNER OF THE SALON IS MY VERY OWN MOM AND YES I KNOW SHE COSTS YOU GUYS ALOT SO DEAL WITH IT RIGHT NOW IMMA SHOW ALL YOUR MEAN COMMENTS TO HER AND YOU CAN GET PUNISHED BUY HER

Ok first of all I got a lady named Layla or lally something. She spoke Spanish the WHOLE time. Then charged me ALOT for a full head of extensions. Which (i kno ) is a lotta work. But the icing on the cake was the next day the braiding under the extensions came out!!!! I paid 130$ or one day of extensions.. I never will ,not or never go back. They are terrible!!! And costly..I had to put one star I actually want none?!!

1) They charged me $15 to trim my bangs!!!!

2) She was very rough with my hair. It felt as if she was pulling my hair out.

3) She was not polite or customer friendly.

Bottom line: I will never go back to them or recommend this place to a friend.

If you value your hair, I strongly advise you stay away from this salon! I went there WITH my hair already washed. I asked for a blow out. First of all, I know plenty of people that get blowouts and a hot comb is never used. They used one; I should have stopped them... that's my fault. However, they obviously do not know how to use a blow dryer or a hot comb because they burnt so much of my hair off, that it's not even funny. Initially, my hair looked nice. I noticed a lot of hair on the ground when I got up, but it's a salon so I didn't think anything of it.

For days, strands and strands of hair was coming out excessively. I couldn't understand. I looking closer and found four different areas in the center of my head where the hair varied from 1 inch to 3 inches long (my hair was shoulder blade length!). My hair around the entire perimeter of my head (edges) were a few inches shorter. I don't know what the hell they did but I will never step foot in that place again. Unbelievable! I wish I could select 0 stars!

Divas was a good experience until today...I was told a perm was $55. At checkout, the price changed to $65. Be consistant Divas!
