found them on yp. came to our building and advised us on cameras and a dvr. we bought the system. very happy with the pictures and the assistance they give us when we forget how to do thing on the DVR. who can remember this stuff? Now we have a cheat sheet that they made for us. Would recommend this company.

Five stars for Comtex. Barry (a sales rep) came to our site and was really professional. He explained my camera options and the features in a DVR. No other vendor spent the time. There was an issue with 1 camera losing focus. They were out that next morning and fixed it. That’s what I call old fashioned service. Hard to find a company that is reliable these days.

bought a CCTV system from them first. paid a good price. Pictures were great and happy with the DVR. Needed less cameras then I thought. Nice bonus. Then bought a Samsung phone system from them. system is great. i can say that their installations are clean and they are always available to answer questions. Luckily, i do not need any service yet. They know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone. True pleasure to work with.

Comtex is one of our top vendors. They have an extremely talented staff and remarkable turn around times. They are able to clearly explain solutions that are within our budget. No issue is too small and they always have an immediate solution without needing to research the problem. I wish all our vendors were as professional as Comtex.

Great price and great company. The speed dial directory is in ALPHABETICAL order, rather than those silly "bin" numbers that you can never remember for each entry. This was a big selling feature to me. They were very helpful and went over the entire quote with me in person. I really like the phone system. Any time I call with a question, they help me. I am not too tech savvy.

I bought a Samsung system from them 2 years ago. I moved my office twice since then and the only thing that went right was the move of our telephones. They even helped me coordinate the transfer of my telephone service. The system is great. I have even expanded it. They truly go the extra mile and offer great customer support. Hard to find these days and I would highly recommend them

I did my research before and I know I made the right decision. This company was really wonderful to work with. I liked that they have been in business for 46 years and the price was right. They spent time with me explaining the telephone system features and the configuration process before I purchased it. It was very helpful; especially when making decisions about what I needed. It wasn't a single page quote, very detailed so I knew what I was getting. The price was right and the installation was excellent. I have had the system for several months now and any time I have a question, they are friendly and assist me right away.
